COMIC CON LIVERPOOL TICKET FAQ
We get a number of questions relating to our tickets at events every year, so in an effort to help you before you attend Comic Con Liverpool 2021, the North West's number 1 comic convention, we have listed some of them here for you to peruse before the event.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY E-TICKET?
No, you don't need to print your e-ticket, we can scan your unique barcode from your phone or tablet instead. However, we recommend making sure to download or take a screenshot of the barcode rather than relying on the internet at the venue to access your tickets. Don’t forget to make sure that your phone is well charged!
DO I NEED AN ENTRY TICKET IF I BUY A PHOTO OR AUTOGRAPH?
Yes, we cannot stress this enough, you MUST have an entry ticket for all members of your party if you have bought any photograph or autograph opportunities, these include afterparty tickets and meet and greets, the only exception to this is if you have purchased a Dimond Pass, in which case your entry is free.
DO I GET PHOTOS AND AUTOGRAPHS AS PART OF MY DIAMOND PASS PRICE?
No, the Diamond Pass only entitled you to queue jump, not to get free photographs and autographs. Please visit our DIAMOND PASS page for more information.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF A GUEST CANCELS I WANTED TO SEE?
No, we will always refund any photograph or autograph tickets bought if a guest, unfortunately, has to cancel which is a rare occurrence, but it is not our policy to refund entry tickets unless the event itself is cancelled.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?
Although tickets can be purchased at the door, priority will be given to those who have pre-booked tickets. This may result in queuing to purchase on the day and a potential rise in the price of the tickets. Because of this, we strongly suggest pre-booking your tickets!
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR MY CHILD?
Children under the age of 4 do not need a ticket while children over the age of 5 need their own ticket. ALL children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult, children aged 14+, may attend the event with no accompanying adult at their parent or legal guardian's own discretion.
