DISABLED ACCESS

Exhibition Centre Liverpool is fully accessible for all customers with accessible toilets, lifts and entrances in all areas. There is a drop-off point on the riverside of the venue if you'd prefer door to door service, although assistance may be needed as the route includes ramps.

INDUCTION LOOPS

Once you're inside the building the box office features a fixed loop hearing system.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

There are accessible toilets on every floor in Exhibition Centre Liverpool

MOTORISED SCOOTER AND WHEELCHAIRS

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are allowed in public parts of the venue, and guide dogs are welcome in Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Wheelchairs are not provided and therefore customers need to bring their own if required.

CHANGING PLACES TOILET

Exhibition Centre Liverpool now has a Changing Places facility for customers visiting events. Access to this facility is from the main glass atrium running the whole length of the building on the river side. If you require any further details please contact the nearest steward whilst at the event.

The Changing Places Toilet facilities include:  a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a tracking hoist system, or mobile hoist if this is not possible, adequate space in the changing area for the disabled person and up to two carers, a centrally-placed toilet with room either side, a screen or curtain to allow some privacy, wide tear-off paper roll to cover the bench, a large waste bin for disposable pads, a non-slip floor.

* PLEASE NOTE: Event and venue staff are unable to assist within the Changing Places toilet.

DISABILITY ACCESS TICKETS

We now have a dedicated email inbox for Personal Assistant applications and Accessible Fast Track Tickets for disabled customers. Any queries regarding these tickets for any of our events now go to this email address monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk
We have done this for a faster response time and swifter service for customers with additional support needs.

Please note, Personal Assistant tickets tickets for those under the age of 16 are not necessary as anyone under 16 must have adult supervision at the event regardless.

From 2023 we have a new system coming into play to make things more efficient. If you want to apply for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and a Personal Assistant Ticket, firstly purchase your ticket as normal for yourself. You then contact the above email with your proof of ticket purchase and your application for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and Personal Assistant Ticket if needed within 7 days of the purchase.

If accepted the carer will receive a non-value personal assistant ticket.

For any accessible fast track enquiries, please email the address above and the team will be able to look into this for you, though these are subject to availability.
