Exhibition Centre Liverpool is fully accessible for all customers with accessible toilets, lifts and entrances in all areas. There is a drop-off point on the riverside of the venue if you'd prefer door to door service, although assistance may be needed as the route includes ramps.

Once you're inside the building the box office features a fixed loop hearing system.

There are accessible toilets on every floor in Exhibition Centre Liverpool

Motorised scooters and wheelchairs are allowed in public parts of the venue, and guide dogs are welcome in Exhibition Centre Liverpool. Wheelchairs are not provided and therefore customers need to bring their own if required.

* PLEASE NOTE: Event and venue staff are unable to assist within the Changing Places toilet.

We now have a dedicated email inbox for priority pass applications for disabled customers. Any queries regarding priority access tickets including carer tickets for any of our events now go to this email address monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk
We have done this for a faster response time and swifter service for customers with additional support needs.

From 2023 we have a new system coming into play to make things more efficient. If you want to apply for a priority access ticket and a carer ticket, firstly purchase your ticket as normal for yourself, you then email the above email with your proof of ticket purchase and your application for a priority pass and carer ticket if needed within 7 days of the purchase. If accepted the carer will receive a free PA ticket, and both tickets will receive fastrack upgrade.
